Welcome to Sami Jewellers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order, browsing our website, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Us
Sami Jewellers is a jewellery business based in Pakistan, offering ready-made and fully custom jewellery crafted from 925 Sterling Silver, 21K Gold, and finished with high-quality Cubic Zirconia stones and Rhodium plating. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sami Jewellers, and “you” refers to the customer or visitor using our website.
2. Products & Custom Orders
We offer both ready-to-ship jewellery and fully custom, made-to-order pieces designed through our CAD (Computer-Aided Design) process. For custom orders, a digital design will be shared for your approval before production begins. Once a custom order is approved and production has started, it cannot be cancelled, as materials and labour are committed to your specific design.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, slight variations in weight, stone placement, or finish may occur between the displayed image and the final piece.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 weeks. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which will be communicated to you at the time of order. We offer worldwide shipping; delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processes, which are outside of our control.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our returns and exchange policy differs based on where the order was placed:
- Orders placed via Daraz: These orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Orders placed via our official website: Unused and undamaged items may be eligible for return or exchange. All returned items are inspected before approval.
- Broken or damaged jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Approved returns are subject to a 15% deduction to cover wages and manufacturing costs.
- Approved exchanges are subject to a minimum 10% deduction (up to 15%) to cover wages, depending on the item.

6. Warranty & After-Sales Support
Sami Jewellers offers a lifetime warranty on our jewellery, covering repairs and re-plating support to help maintain the quality and finish of your piece over time. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear beyond reasonable expectations. Please contact us for warranty-related assistance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of Sami Jewellers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sami Jewellers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including delays in shipping caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
