Jewellery Size Guide

💍 Ring Size Guide

Finding the perfect ring size is essential for both comfort and long-term wear.
We recommend measuring your finger at the end of the day, when it's slightly
larger, and avoiding measurement right after exercise or in cold weather, as
fingers can temporarily shrink. To measure at home, wrap a soft measuring tape
or a strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and
measure the length in millimetres. Compare this measurement to our ring size
chart below to find your corresponding size. If your measurement falls between
two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for comfort, especially
for wider band styles. Keep in mind that finger size can vary slightly between
hands, so always measure the specific finger you plan to wear the ring on. For
rings intended as gifts, consider borrowing a ring the person already wears on
the correct finger and measuring its inside diameter instead. If you're ever
unsure, our team is happy to help confirm your size, or you're welcome to visit
us in-store for a free, accurate sizing.

⭕ Bangle Size Guide

Bangles are worn rigid and slide over the hand, so getting the size right is
especially important. To measure your bangle size, wrap a soft measuring tape
around the widest part of your hand, just below the knuckles, keeping your thumb
tucked in slightly as it would be when sliding a bangle on. Note this measurement
in centimetres or inches. Alternatively, measure the inner diameter of a bangle
that already fits you well. Compare either measurement to our bangle size chart
below to identify your correct size. Bangles that are too tight can be difficult
to remove, while overly loose bangles may slide off during daily wear, so accuracy
matters more here than with adjustable jewellery types. If your hand measurement
falls between two sizes, we recommend sizing up slightly for comfort. Since bangles
are typically solid and non-adjustable, please double-check your measurement
carefully before ordering. For custom sizing, or if you're unsure which size best
matches your hand shape, our team is happy to guide you through the process or
assist with an in-store fitting.

🔗 Bracelet Size Guide

Bracelets are more flexible than bangles, but choosing the right length still
makes a noticeable difference in fit and comfort. To measure your wrist, wrap a
soft measuring tape snugly around your wrist bone, where the bracelet would
naturally sit. For a comfortable, everyday fit, we recommend adding around 1 to
1.5 cm to your wrist measurement; for a looser, more relaxed drape, add up to
2 cm. If you prefer a snugger fit closer to the wrist, you can skip the addition
and use your exact measurement. Compare your final number to our bracelet size
chart below to select the best match. Keep in mind that chain-link and beaded
bracelets may fit slightly differently due to design and clasp placement, so
checking the specific product's length listed on its page is also recommended.
If you already own a bracelet with a fit you love, measuring its total length
end-to-end can also help guide your selection. As always, if you're between
sizes or unsure, feel free to reach out to our team for personalised assistance
before placing your order.

Jewellery Care

Jewellery Care Guide

Proper care ensures your jewellery stays beautiful and lasts for years to come.
Whether you're wearing 925 Sterling Silver, 21K Gold, or rhodium-plated pieces,
a few simple habits can make a significant difference in preserving shine and
preventing damage.

Always remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying
perfume, lotion, or hairspray, as these products contain chemicals that can dull
finishes, weaken plating, and cause discolouration over time. Sweat and moisture
can also accelerate tarnishing, especially on silver pieces, so it's best to put
your jewellery on as the final step when getting ready, and remove it first when
undressing.

When not in use, store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery
box to prevent scratching from contact with other items. Avoid tossing pieces
loosely into drawers or bags, as this is one of the most common causes of surface
scratches and tangled chains.

Clean your jewellery gently using a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth after wear
to remove oils and residue. Avoid abrasive cleaning tools, ultrasonic cleaners,
or harsh chemical solutions unless specifically recommended for your piece, as
these can damage delicate settings, stones, and plated finishes.

For rhodium-plated jewellery, occasional re-plating may be needed over time as
the coating naturally wears with regular use. If you notice fading shine or
discolouration, our team can advise on re-plating or restoration options.

With proper care, your jewellery will continue to look as radiant as the day
you brought it home. If you have questions about caring for a specific piece,
feel free to reach out — we're always happy to help.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Returns

We aim to make your shopping experience with Sami Jewellers as smooth and
transparent as possible, from the moment you place your order to the moment
it arrives at your door.

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and whether the item you've
ordered is ready-to-ship or made-to-order. Ready-to-ship pieces are typically
dispatched within a few business days, while made-to-order and custom pieces
require additional time for crafting before shipment. Estimated delivery windows
will be shared with you at checkout or upon confirmation of your order, and our
team is always available to provide updated timelines if needed.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and
in pristine condition. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking
details so you can follow its journey to you.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible
after receiving your order. Eligibility for returns or exchanges may depend on
the condition of the item, whether it was custom-made, and how much time has
passed since delivery. Made-to-order and custom pieces are generally non-returnable
unless there is a manufacturing defect, given the personalised nature of the work.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship, and if there is ever an issue
with your order, we want to make it right. Please don't hesitate to contact our
team with any shipping, delivery, or return-related questions — we're here to
help every step of the way.
