We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

## General Conditions

- All claims must be made within 12 hours of delivery.
- Claims made after 12 hours will not be accepted.
- Original invoice and test report (if provided) must be attached with the claim.
- Jewelry must be in its original condition. If the jewelry is damaged, scratched, used, or disturbed in any way, no refund or exchange will be provided.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable in all cases.

**Gold Jewelry**

- Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery.
- 15% making charges (wages) + delivery fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Invoice and test report must be provided.

**Silver Jewelry**

- Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery.
- Only 65% of the paid amount will be refunded (due to wages and tax deductions).
- Invoice and test report must be provided.

## How to Claim:

Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with:

- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the jewelry
- Original invoice
- Test report (if any)
